THIS IS NIGERIAN SOCCER

AMAZING!!! NIGERIAN CLUBS SCORE 146 GOALS IN TWO GAMES

Four clubs have been suspended on suspicion of match-fixing after two games finished 79-0 & 67-0

Football News 24/7
Four lower league clubs have been banned in Nigeria for alleged corruption, after two decisive domestic games ended 79-0 and 67-0 respectively.
Plateau United Feeders and Police Machine FC were both overwhelming victors in the last round of league fixtures, as the promotion rivals competed to achieve the higher goal difference needed for securing a place in the Nationwide League Division.
According to BBC Sport, Feeders scored 72 of their goals in the second half, while Police Machine netted 61 times after the break - once it had become clear that the clubs could only be separated by their goal differences over the course of the entire season.
Both teams are banned "indefinitely" from Nigerian football, along with their respective opponents Akurba FC and Bubayaro FC, for their part in the combined 146-goal routs.
Muke Umeh, the chairman of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) Organising Comittee, is quoted as saying: "It is unacceptable - a scandal of huge proportions. We will investigate the matter thoroughly and get to the bottom of it," the official added.
Meanwhile, the NFF's director of competitions, Dr Mohammed Sanusi, added: "The teams involved, their players and officials, match officials, coordinator and anyone found to have played some role in this despicable matter would be severely dealt with."
One cannot help but feel sorry for the losing fans, in what could only have been a match worthy of school playground football.

Notts County defender Alan Sheehan took his anger out on goalkeeper Bartosz Bialkowski during a pre-season friendly against Galatasaray last night.
The Magpies took a shock second-half lead against the Turkish giants, with Enoch Showumni’s low cross was turned into his own net by Dany Nounkeu.
The home side sensed a famous friendly victory, but Burak Yilmaz took advantage of a Sheehan mistake to smash home from 12-yards.
Understandably, the 26-year-old was far from happy with the role he played in the equaliser, and attempted to smash the ball into the heavens as it bounced back out of the net.
However, the former Leeds left-back wasn’t banking on Bialkowski heading the ball whilst on his knees, and subsequently connected with the Polish stopper flush in the face.
It didn’t get any better in the remaining 30 minutes, as Wesley Sneijder scored a stoppage-time winner for the Super Lig outfit.
It was Sheehan’s facial on Bialkowski which made the game worthwhile though,
